Fee
At Sancorp we’re committed to delivering transparent fee for service advice. That means that our clients pay our network specialists for the time and advice they provide. We don’t receive any commissions, which gives our clients the confidence that they are receiving objective advice. How much does a Financial plan / Property Investment plan cost? Each plan our network of specialists create is based on a deep understanding of your personal circumstances. Your plan will be completely tailored to your personal circumstances, and the cost of your plan will be dependent on factors such as:
TIME
The comprehensive process includes multiple face-to-face meetings, in addition to the time taken by the planner and the support team to research, model and develop your plan. This may also include things like liaising with your accountant or lawyer (or setting you up with one if you don’t have), obtaining your financial records, detailed product comparisons to identify the most suitable products for you or for your investment, financial forecasting and the preparation of the plan.
COMPLEXITY
Some clients have very simple financial affairs, while others may have multiple investment properties, family trusts and other more complex investment requirements. The level of complexity of your circumstances will have an impact on the fee charged per hour required to develop your plan.
Based on the complexity of your plan, our network of specialists’ Investment / Financial planning consultation fee ranging from $250 – $600 per hour. They offer a FREE ONE-HOUR INITIAL MEETING as their way of being confident in their services. We want our clients to experience the difference and feel secure about our specialists’ advices.
Please note a Free One-Hour Initial Meeting does not apply for appointments with Sancorp’s CEO & Director (Suri Angelos N. & Takumi Takahashi). Their fees range from $1,200 – $1,800 per hour based on the complexity of the property development.
